Summary about the Activities of the Public Authority
The Personnel of the Mayor of Yessil District State Institution (hereinafter – the Personnel) is a state authority of the Republic of Kazakhstan that carries out management in public administration in Yessil District of Astana.
The Personnel does not have any subordinate organizations. The Personnel operates in accordance with the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other normative legal acts, as well as the Regulations on The Personnel of the Mayor of Yessil District in Astana SI.
The Personnel is a legal entity in the legal organization form of a state institution, has seals and stamps with its name in the official language and standard forms, as well as accounts in treasury bodies in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
